Detroit, Michigan
Historic Farwell Building
Time to take a detailed look at a fairly unknown landmark among Detroit's buildings but one of its most beautiful and architecturally significant - The Farwell Building, built in 1915 near Capitol Park, the district named for the presence of Michigan's first state capitol building.
After 30 years of sitting empty, the Farwell re-opened in 2019 after a $40 million restoration which (almost) brought it back to former glory.
